Medicaid Accepted

We accept Medicaid through Colorado Access.

Medicaid covers Level II Therapy. It does not cover Level II Education.

​

Before you start therapy, we need approval from Medicaid. Here's what to send us:

  • Please complete the Medicaid Application at the bottom of the page.

 

  • A copy of your Medicaid card.

 

  • Return your application with a copy of your Medicaid card.

 

  • You may return your application and supporting documents via       e-mail admissions@atops.org.

 

  • Wait for us to contact you. We will contact you once we receive the approval from Medicaid.

Please be advised, our billing company will not accept your application unless we have a copy of your Medicaid card.
